We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you and your partner don’t love our chocolates for any reason, simply email us at support@teaseme.co and we’ll issue a refund — even if the box is empty.

Please note:

• This guarantee applies only to the first box purchased and does not cover the entire order.

• Shipping charges and melt-protection costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from all approved refunds.

• Refunds are not applicable for theft, incorrect address entered at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or returned products due to the perishable nature of our chocolates.

• Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
