Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you and your partner don’t love our chocolates for any reason, simply email us at support@teaseme.co, and we’ll provide a refund—even if the box is empty. Please note that this guarantee applies only to the first box of chocolate purchased and excludes the entire order, as well as shipping and melt protection costs. Shipping charges will be deducted from all approved refunds. Refunds are not applicable in cases of theft, if an incorrect address is provided during checkout, or if the box is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, as the product is perishable.
